A mailing list script that has an extensive admin functions built-in and can be easily configured to use on your site. Doesn't need an SQL database to run, uses a simple text file as a database to store records. The commercial version has a more extended admin interface: add/bulk add/adit/delete/delete all options. When a user subscribes, it validates the email address entered and sends away a confirmation message. When the user confirms their subscription, their email address is added to the database.
