Dapper Desk is a customizable PHP/MySQL based customer support system compatible with Linux, Windows and Solaris. Customers can initiate tickets via email or by logging into the web interface. Ticket ID numbers remain in subject of email tickets. Status codes are color coded and customizable. Supports unlimited techs/admins and customers. Dapper Desk will page you when new tickets are entered into the system. Older tickets are archived and viewable by customers and admins/techs. Also features: Custom autoresponse messages, FAQ manager, and customizable themes.
